CECIL LP was set up by Managing Director Charlie Cordery in the spring of 2024.

Charlie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 10 years ago after  completing a Masters Degree, studying International Real Estate in Hong Kong whilst working for Jones Lang LaSalle. Since then Charles has worked as a development agent for both LSH and Savills specialising in agency and the sale of immediate and strategic development land.

Most recently Charlie worked for a private family office named Gallagher Developments, who specialised in the promotion of strategic land. The role included acquiring and sourcing land opportunities to add to an existing land portfolio capable of delivering 15,000 homes.

Having worked both on the agency and client side, Charlie has a good insight into how both sides operate. With this experience, Charlie has been able to develop a wide network of contacts within the industry.

Outside of work Charlie has a passion for salmon fishing, spending the majority of his annual leave on the Scottish rivers.
